• Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities without authorization.

• Forging IP addresses, email headers, or website identifiers.

Any violation may result in civil or criminal penalties, and we reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities.

You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the website’s normal operation.

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with high-level security protocols.

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party without your express consent.

This applies to orders made with the same account, payment method, or delivery address.

7. Service Details

Colors, pricing, and availability may vary depending on screen settings or typographical mistakes.

Product images may be approximate and not exact representations.

Listings and promotions do not guarantee availability or pricing accuracy.

In case of error, we may contact you or cancel your order and issue a refund.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

If any product is damaged, we reserve the right to charge the full value. You must report any damage within one hour of receiving the product via WhatsApp with photo evidence.

8. Delivery and Pickup

We strive to meet your expectations. Provide a complete delivery address with building number, street, city, postal code, contact name, and phone number.

• Delivery is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

• Pickup is from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

• Timings are subject to our discretion.

If you miss the return time, we reserve the right to deduct from your deposit and charge a 300 SAR late fee per hour.

9. Payment

Online purchases and payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) only.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Mada.

Upon successful payment, you’ll receive a confirmation screen.
We are not responsible for declined payments—contact your bank if issues arise.

We do not store your card details. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
We may share your payment data only with legal authorities if required.

Use only cards that legally belong to you. You're fully responsible for fraudulent card use.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we’ll refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Use of online payment services implies agreement with these terms. If you do not agree, please avoid using them.

10. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as:

• Payment rejection

• Incorrect contact or delivery information

• No response from customer

• Suspicion of damaged or misused products

• Location outside our delivery coverage

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us directly. You must fill a Refund Request Form within 3 days.

Refunds take 3 to 14 business days.

If the return is due to product defect or wrong delivery, no shipping fees will apply.

If due to personal preference, the customer bears return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in original condition.
We do not accept returns with scratches, misuse, or damage from improper voltage use.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for reviewing the latest version on our website.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
