As a user of our website (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer"), you must read and understand the following terms and conditions. By using our website to rent products or services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them or cannot comply with them, please do not use the services provided by Cheerio.

Our services are only available to individuals who are legally capable of representing themselves in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Using the site from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the user's full responsibility, and they must comply with the local laws applicable in their country.

7. Product and Service Details

Colors, prices, or actual availability of products may vary due to screen settings or typographical errors.

The displayed images may be for illustrative purposes only and may not fully represent the actual product.

The display of products or promotional offers does not guarantee availability or absolute price accuracy.

In case of any error, we have the right to contact you to correct the information or cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

In case the product is damaged, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full value of the product or the cost of repair. Any damage must be reported within one hour of receiving the product via WhatsApp with attached illustrative photos.

8. Delivery and Pickup

We strive to provide excellent delivery service, so please provide us with an accurate and complete address that includes:

  • Building Number

  • Street Name

  • City

  • Postal Code

  • Recipient Name

  • Phone Number

Delivery times: from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Pickup times: from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

These timings are subject to the foundation's discretion based on operational circumstances.

In case of delay in returning the product or failure to adhere to the pickup time, we have the right to deduct part of the security amount and impose a late fee of 300 Saudi Riyals for each hour of delay.

9. Payment

All purchases and payments are made in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

We accept cards:

  • Mada

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

After a successful payment, a confirmation message will appear.

We are not responsible for any rejected payment transactions, and in this case, you should contact the card-issuing bank.

We do not store payment card information, and all transactions are conducted through secure and encrypted payment systems.

Payment information may only be shared with official authorities if required by law.

You must use payment cards that you legally own, and you bear full responsibility for any unauthorized use.

If we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Order Cancellation and Returns

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Payment process rejected.

  • Entering incorrect contact or address information.

  • The customer does not respond to communication attempts.

  • Suspicion of product misuse or damage.

  • The customer's location is outside the coverage area.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us directly.

A return request must be submitted within a maximum of three days from the transaction date.

The refund process takes 3 to 14 business days.

If the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defect in the product, no additional fees will be charged.

If the return is based on the customer's personal desire, the customer bears the shipping and return costs.

Products must be returned in their original condition.

Products that have been scratched, misused, or damaged due to improper electrical use will not be accepted.

11. Modification of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

It is the user's responsibility to review the latest published version on the site.

Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications made.
